During the registration process at seri33, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, complete, and up to date. Required details include your full name as per your MyKad, an active Malaysian phone number, a valid email address, and your date of birth.

Seri33 reserves the right to request document verification at any time, including but not limited to: a copy of your MyKad, recent bank statement, or e-wallet screenshot, for identity verification and payment method confirmation purposes.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keep your seri33 account password and login credentials confidential at all times.
• Ensuring that no other party uses your account – all activity conducted through your account is your responsibility.
• Notify seri33 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Keep your account information up to date whenever there are changes (phone number, email address, etc.).

Seri33 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of an account where the Member has failed to take reasonable security precautions.

All financial transactions at seri33 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). seri33 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods only:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet – minimum deposit RM 10, instant credit
• DuitNow – direct transfer using your phone number or IC number
• FPX (Internet Banking) – including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, Hong Leong Connect, Bank Islam, and other FPX participating banks
• GrabPay – via the Grab Malaysia app
• Boost eWallet – via the Boost app
• ShopeePay – via the Shopee Malaysia app

Seri33 strictly does not accept any form of cryptocurrency, international credit cards, or payment methods other than those listed above. Deposits made via unauthorised methods will be returned without processing.

Regarding withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are only permitted to the same payment method used for the deposit, for security and fraud prevention purposes.
• Members must complete the KYC process (MyKad verification) before their first withdrawal is processed.
• Standard processing time is under 3 minutes for eWallets and DuitNow; up to 30 minutes for FPX.
• Seri33 reserves the right to hold withdrawals for up to 5 business days for security verification purposes in cases deemed to require further review.

Seri33 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward loyal members and welcome new ones. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) and specific terms stated alongside each promotional offer.

General Bonus Rules:

• Each member is entitled to the welcome bonus only once only upon first registration.
• Bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the stipulated timeframe (typically 7 to 30 days depending on the promotion). Bonuses that are not completed within this period will expire automatically.

All bets placed on seri33 – whether for casino games, baccarat, slots, Live Casino, e-sports, or sports such as the Malaysia Super League and EPL – are subject to the following rules:

• Minimum Bet: The minimum bet for most games is RM 1. Specific minimum and maximum limits will be displayed at each table or game.
• Betting Finality: Bets confirmed by the seri33 system are final and cannot be cancelled, except in cases of technical error acknowledged by seri33.

• Abnormal Winnings: Any winnings resulting from fraud, software bug exploitation, or system manipulation will be voided and the account in question will be suspended.

To ensure a fair and secure experience for all seri33 members, the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure:

• Registering more than one account under the same or different names or identities.
• Using automation software, bots, or any third-party tools to play or place bets on seri33.
• Conducting any activity intended to launder money or transfer illicit funds through the seri33 platform.
• Exploiting bugs, system vulnerabilities, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Sharing your account with others or allowing another party to use your account.
• Colluding or cooperating with other players to manipulate wagering outcomes, particularly in multiplayer live games.
• Disrupting, threatening, or harassing other players or seri33 staff through any communication channel.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.

Seri33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member's account at any time for the following reasons:
